Google's Sundar Photosi has revealed his return to office

Google CEO Sundar Photosi recently sent an email to employees. He encouraged people to work in the office an average of three days a week as locks go down.

Google reopened its office in April. In the meantime, with the office's interaction with homework, the company has begun to expand on its day-to-day operations.

In an email, Sundar Photosi spoke about the few benefits of working in an office, reports the BBC.

Of course, not all Silicon Valley technology companies are on the same line. Twitter says its employees will be able to work permanently at home. Facebook also says that their employees can be at home.

At the start of the epidemic last year, Google was one of the first companies to offer home-based services.

Previously, Google employees, known as Googlers, had to formally apply if they wanted to work outside the office for more than two weeks. That deadline has now been extended to four weeks.

Regarding working at Google's headquarters, he writes: "For more than 20 years, our staff have come to the office to fix all kinds of problems - sometimes in coffee, sometimes around white boards, or playing beach volleyball or cricket."

In areas where offices are already open, he said, "we have seen that about 80 percent of Google users like the idea of going back."

Photoi added that she was thinking of employees when 80 percent of the work was in the office, 20 percent in the new office and 20 percent at home.

Photosi explained that he made this percentage in the number of days. This means that employees will come to the office "about three days a week" and work the remaining two days "where they deserve it".

"However, some parties have to stay in office for more than three days a week because of work."

At the post office, Fotoi made a simple request to staff-- “Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. We will help you no matter what the situation. ”
